2. Information and professional advice
The website provides general information about the software and services. It is not individual legal, tax, employment law or financial advice. Suitable features, checks and integrations depend on the package, configuration, source data and arrangements agreed for your organisation.
Alerts about schedules, collective agreements and the Dutch Working Hours Act support assessment. They do not guarantee that every situation meets all legal requirements or that fines are excluded. Where needed, have decisions reviewed by an appropriate expert.
3. Examples, customer experiences and partners
The interactive schedule preview and charts contain illustrative data and do not provide live access to the Planner. Customer experiences describe those customers’ experiences and do not guarantee the same results for every organisation. Abridged quotations are identified as such.
Displaying a partner or logo does not mean every product version offers a direct integration. Availability, data flows, frequency and costs are agreed per setup. Brands and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Prices and agreements
The all-in base rate is €4 per active employee per month, including clocking and excluding VAT. Combining with Scope HR Services provides a 25% discount. New customers receive an additional 25% off the base rate for the first 12 months. Combined discounts total 50%, after which the new-customer discount ends. HR services have a separate agreement and price. The calculator gives an illustration based on the selected input and is not a quotation.
Your agreement, quotation, terms and conditions and data processing agreement, together with mandatory law, determine mutual obligations. A text change on this marketing website does not automatically amend an existing agreement. This proposal links to current contractual documents, which have not been amended by this disclaimer.
5. Care and responsibility
Report inaccuracies or outdated information using the contact address above. The consequences of errors and liability are assessed under the applicable agreement and law. This disclaimer does not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
External website links provide additional information. Their content and privacy rules are determined by the respective providers. Check their terms when providing data or entering an agreement there.
6. Intellectual property
Text, design, software and images may be protected by copyright or other rights. Reuse beyond a statutory exception or applicable licence requires permission from the rights holder. This also applies to customer and partner logos and quotations. This disclaimer does not grant Scope rights to other parties’ material.

Personal data processing is covered by the privacy policy. Complaints are covered by the complaints procedure.
