What is clocking in and out?

Clocking in records when an employee starts work. Clocking out records when they finish. These actions provide input for time tracking. The manager checks the records before the hours are processed further.

Clocking within the same process as scheduling

A schedule shows when someone is due to work. Recorded working time may differ. By comparing the two, the manager can assess a different start time, longer shift or missing record. Agree who can make corrections and who checks them.

One all-in rate, including clocking

There is no separate clocking module charge within the all-in package. The base rate is €4 per active employee per month, excluding VAT. Scheduling, time tracking and clocking are part of the same package. A minimum of 5 active employees applies.

Aligning time tracking and access control

Do you also use a time tracking or access control solution, such as EasySecure? Discuss which source of records takes priority and how data is exchanged. Available features, any equipment and configuration are agreed separately.

Frequently asked questions about clocking in and out

Do I need a separate clocking module?

Clocking is included in the all-in rate. You do not need a separate software module on top of the base rate shown. Any equipment or specific configuration is discussed during implementation.

Does a clocking action automatically become approved time?

Recording and approving are separate steps. The manager reviews hours worked and exceptions according to your organisation’s arrangements and configuration.
